Saturday Quote: Alex McLellan on Christian Faith

“Everyone has some kind of faith but many lack genuine understanding of what they believe and why. Faith is important in the context of belief but understanding is the key to knowing the truth and developing unshakeable faith. Christianity is built on the fact that it is true, therefore Christians should be equipped to defend the truth claims of the Christian faith and be ready to engage non-Christians, offering a reasonable explanation for the truth of Christianity.”

Interview: Alex McLellan

Alex McLellan appeared as a special guest in the radio program Just Thinking of the Ravi Zacharias International Ministry this week. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Reason Why a Scottish ministry of Bible teaching and apologetics dedicated to strengthen the belief of Christians and interacting with non-Christians who are interested in matters of faith and understanding in a conversational apologetics setting.

In this interview, he shares his ministry experiences and his approach to non-Christiantians and especially with an Atheist who later converts to Christianity is very interesting.
